Tia Hunter (LCSW) came to me with a successful insurance-based therapy practice and a radical new vision for the future of mental healthcare. Launching Jubilee Wellness Collective, she aimed to decolonize therapy by moving completely outside traditional insurance mandates.
Her mission was to build a brave, "unmasked" virtual sanctuary offering high-quality, flat-rate care specifically for Black and Brown folks, the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent minds, and trauma survivors.
The Challenge
The core challenge was translating Tia’s bold, non-traditional philosophy—visually described as a communal "liberation block party"—into a functioning high-ticket architecture.
Strategically, we had to address several complex pain points:
Decolonizing the Visuals:
Moving entirely away from sterile, "calm" clinical imagery to convey a warm, bold, and energetic communal space.
Library Integration:
Marketing an external, high-value resource library (hosted on Quenza) as a core USP, detailing multi-week Pathways, somatic tools, and post-care momentum perks.
Architecture of Complexity:
Synthesizing a vast offering of distinct membership tiers, standalone session packages, 3-Day EMDR Intensives, and a mandated legal Good Faith Estimate (GFE)—into one transparent, streamlined pricing page.
Automating Boundaries:
Ending an exhausting cycle of client phone tag and voicemails by creating a strict, optimized acquisition funnel.
